    We hear everyday, an employee leave a company and take a fair chunk of clients away with them, as the relationship has been built with Fred or Lisa, rather than the company. It is not about keeping your staff downtrodden accomplishments should be celebrated and rewarded as again happy staff are long term staff.

    Building credibility is never easy and takes time and good service / products, so it makes sense to build for your companies future. With concentrating on brand along with company perception will keep you in good stead for years to come, people come and go but your brand needs to stay for the long haul.
